Every project starts with what's inside. Estates, foreclosures, and gut renovations all begin the same way: a full clear-out of furniture, belongings, and debris before any contractor can safely assess the structure underneath.
Abate
Older Hartford County properties often turn up hazards once the clutter is gone. We flag lead paint and asbestos at the estimate rather than after work starts, and recommend a licensed abatement contractor before demolition proceeds. Abatement is separate, licensed work that we do not perform in house.

Demolish
With hazards cleared, our licensed demolition team removes interior structures, fixtures, or the entire building. Permitted, insured, and coordinated so the site is ready the moment rebuild work is scheduled to start.

The same team that cleared and demolished the property builds what comes next. As a licensed general contractor, we manage permits, subs, and inspections for kitchens, baths, additions, and full renovations, start to finish.
