What is the minimum charge for junk removal?
The minimum charge is $150 for a standard load. For bedloads (concrete, brick, dirt), the minimum is $100. That floor covers a two-person crew, the truck and fuel, the loading labor, and the disposal or recycling fee at the facility. Those costs apply whether we take one item or fill a corner of the truck, which is what sets the starting point.
Are there hidden fees with junk removal?
No hidden fees. Most jobs are priced by volume, and you approve the exact price before we load. A few items, like mattresses, tires, and freon appliances, carry facility recycling fees that we pay at the transfer station and pass through. We explain those upfront before work starts, not after.
When do I pay?
You pay after the job is done and you are satisfied. We never ask for payment upfront.
